Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to join our team in Nashville, TN. As the Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction are consistently met. You will support the Director of Operations in implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate the daily operations of cleaning services.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency and quality.
Support and mentor a team of cleaning staff.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Monitor performance metrics and report on operational performance.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
