Coordinate shipment execution from order allocation to job closure: confirm financial liquidity, shipping lines, and truck availability; submit and update operations on the dashboard; monitor container stuffing and documentation; liaise with fleet, dispatch, CRM, accounting, and cost control to resolve issues and settle contractors/drivers.

- Submit operation/fleet confirmation via dashboard system and follow up with dispatcher team during the operations process to update the dashboard in time

Requirements
- B.Sc. degree in logistics is a plus
- 1 - 2 years of experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office
