Who We Are:

You might start your day reviewing operational and financial metrics, identifying trends, and partnering with Field Service Managers on improvement plans. By mid-morning, you're collaborating with Customer Experience, Service, or HR to solve issues, improve processes, or support staffing needs. Throughout the week, you'll spend time in the field visiting locations, coaching managers, riding alongside technicians, and ensuring our teams have the tools and support they need to succeed.

  • Building high-performing teams and developing strong leaders
  • Driving accountability around operational and financial performance
  • Improving efficiency, consistency, and scalability across locations
  • Supporting business growth through operational excellence

  • Helping successfully integrate future acquisitions into the UniFide CST operating model

Who You Are (Qualifications):

You're a confident, people-focused leader who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and helping teams perform at their best. You know how to lead through others, balancing support and accountability while building trust and credibility across an organization. You're comfortable making decisions, managing change, and navigating a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.

You likely bring:

  • 6+ years of progressive operations leadership experience
  • Experience leading managers, supervisors, or multi-layered teams
  • A track record of improving operational performance through data, KPIs, and process improvements
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, financial performance, and operational metrics
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • The ability to lead change and support organizational growth
  • Experience in a field service, distributed workforce, or multi-location environment (preferred)
