Sound Collective is seeking an organized and proactive Operations Manager to lead cross-departmental coordination at our music education facility. In this role, you will act as the operational anchor, bridging communication gaps between admissions, instructional staff, and administrative teams. Your primary focus will be to implement strict quality control standards, eliminate workflow bottlenecks, and ensure that our daily on-site operations run smoothly and seamlessly.

Objectives
- Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the company
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
- Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity
- Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget
- Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable departments
Key Responsibilities
- Cross-Departmental Project Management: Coordinate schedules, track timelines, and facilitate open communication between administrative, marketing, and instructional departments.
- Quality Control & Compliance: Establish and audit operational standards for music programs, student scheduling, and customer service touchpoints.
- Process Optimization: Identify procedural inefficiencies on-site and execute strategies to improve daily operational workflows.
