About the role
This is a rare early career opportunity to join a high-performing team and learn firsthand how an AI-native company operates from the inside out.
This role is almost entirely customer focused. You will own customer relationships directly, ensuring every account gets a white-glove experience. Beyond managing relationships, you will help build how Vooma deploys and supports customers at scale: writing playbooks, building automations, and driving strategic projects that make our customers more successful. The best candidates do whatever it takes to drive customer success, are highly gritty, ambitious and are excited about operating at the forefront of AI.
Responsibilities
Own relationships with assigned customers as their primary point of contact, driving adoption, engagement, and satisfaction
Support the configuration and deployment of Vooma's platform for new and existing accounts
Build and maintain deployment playbooks and automations that improve consistency across the customer lifecycle
Contribute to strategic projects that improve how Vooma deploys and scales customer operations
Surface structured feedback to Product and Engineering
Must haves
1-2+ years of experience in operations, consulting, customer success, or a customer-facing role. We will consider exceptional candidates from other backgrounds
Hunger to learn and whatever it takes mentality
Excellent verbal and written communication and strong organizational and relationship-building skills
Genuine excitement about AI and a hunger to constantly adapt to new workflows
Nice to haves
Experience in logistics, supply chain, AI or enterprise SaaS
Exposure to technical configuration, implementation, or process automation
