Position Overview (both Full-time and Part-time available):
Join N1 as Operations Associate to shape the future of crypto by leading key company internal operations, external initiatives, and special projects. You will work directly with the executive team. Your work will involve assisting in company-wide planning, building internal company systems and tools, legal ops, financial ops, administrative ops, and special projects. Your work and responsibilities will be highly dynamic, constantly changing, and will touch many facts of the company.
Requirements:
Proven track record in an operations related role, and experience leading, planning, managing and executing large scale projects.
Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
High energy.
Genuine enthusiasm for fast paced startup environment.
Capacity to work autonomously and take ownership of projects.
Exceptional communication skills.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $60k - $100k. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and typical maximum target for new hire salaries for the position of a candidate based in New York at any level. We do hire exceptionally talented professionals with decades of experience in their field. As such, our range may be higher than what is displayed. Our base salary ranges are determined by experience and location, and we hire at all levels for multiple roles.
