Bessemer Trust is seeking a CCO – Operational Efficiency Analyst to join the Data and Tax Operations team. This role focuses on driving technology-enabled process improvements that increase efficiency, strengthen controls, and reduce operational risk within a regulated wealth management environment.


The position plays a key role in modernizing team operational processes and data workflows through automation, data reconciliation, and process standardization, with an emphasis on reducing manual effort and eliminating single points of dependency.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement automation solutions that improve efficiency and consistency across inter-team operational processes and related workflows.
  • Reconcile, validate, and analyze data across multiple systems and databases (e.g., Salesforce, EDB).
  • Utilize SQL, VBA, and Python to automate reporting, improve data quality, and enhance scalability.
  • Monitor data quality and proactively identify anomalies, risks, or control gaps that may impact operational or control effectiveness
  • Document and standardize processes to support audit readiness and operational resilience.
  • Partner with Operations, Data teams and IT to deliver process enhancements and system changes aligned with approved priorities.
  • Participate in system testing, upgrades, and new initiative implementations.
  • Translate complex data into clear insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple initiatives concurrently and escalate high-impact issues as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Data Management and Analytics a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial services operations, preferably in data-focused roles.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; working knowledge of SQL, VBA, and Python.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Experience with FIS Global Plus, Jira, Apex, PL/SQL, RPA tools, Tableau, or PowerPoint.
  • Background in operational risk, controls, or audit support.

The base salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $80,000.00. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skills, experience, and qualification for the role. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. In addition, this position may be eligible for a discretionary incentive based on individual and company performance.

Eligible employees may participate in a 401 (k) program with a company profit sharing contribution, medical, dental, vision, life insurance and disability coverage and paid holidays, vacation, and sick days.
