Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new vendors for machine spares and consumables.
- Float inquiries, compare quotations, and negotiate with suppliers.
- Prepare Purchase Orders and obtain required approvals.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and service orders.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Resolve pre-delivery and post-delivery issues related to products and services.
- Ensure timely vendor payments by coordinating with concerned stakeholders.
- Execute special assignments as assigned by reporting manager.
- Travel as required for procurement-related activities.
CTC:
INR 2,40,000/- to 3,00,000/-
