Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY
The Office Coordinator will provide daily support to an array of dynamic individuals, working cooperatively and effectively with various personality types. They will be a self-motivated individual that enjoys working in a challenging environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Provide support to administrative team, and other areas as needed
•    Reviewing and processing incoming documents
•    Copying, faxing, and preparing filings for overnight shipping
•    Corresponding with clients and third-party vendors
•    Completing detailed internet research
•    Writing and editing documents
•    Updating and maintaining public and private access files
•    Updating and maintaining our immigration database
•    Superior phone etiquette
•    Occasional offsite travel within the Financial District
•    High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information
SKILLS
•    Capacities to prioritize, manage, and implement multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
•    Ability to work with ambiguous or unclear requirements, and drive to a successful resolution
•    A high level of client service acumen and ability to work with all levels of a client’s organization
•    Strong organization, time management and multi-tasking abilities
•    Solid analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to formulate and communicate recommendations for improvement
•    Have the ability to work effectively with others and have great interpersonal skills
•    Must be willing to accept responsibility and show good judgment, initiative, and resourcefulness
EXPERIENCE 
•    Proficiency with the MS Office Suite
•    Administrative or Service industry experience strongly preferred
EDUCATION
•    Bachelor’s degree (preferably in international relations, human resources or possess equivalent and relevant professional experience)
