We are a growing U.S.-based call center company specializing in towing and roadside assistance services. Our team provides professional customer support and dispatch coordination for drivers across the United States and select parts of Canada, ensuring fast, reliable, and efficient roadside assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead our administrative operations in Tbilisi, Georgia and support our growing international team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of our Tbilisi office, ensuring efficient workflows, supporting business operations, and maintaining a productive work environment. You will work closely with company leadership to support our U.S.-based call center operations that provide towing and roadside assistance services throughout the United States and select parts of Canada. This role requires strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment. 

  1. Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office and ensure smooth business functions.

  2. Manage office facilities, supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to maintain an efficient workplace.

  3. Coordinate employee onboarding, offboarding, attendance records, leave administration, and personnel documentation.

  4. Assist in recruitment activities, interview scheduling, and new employee orientation.

  5. Supervise administrative staff and ensure office policies and procedures are properly implemented.

  6. Coordinate with Finance regarding payroll preparation, expense reports, invoices, and office budgets.

  7. Maintain company records, contracts, permits, licenses, and other confidential documents.

  8. Liaise with external vendors, service providers, government agencies, and building management as required.

  9. Support company leadership with administrative, operational, and project coordination tasks.

  10. Organize company meetings, training sessions, employee engagement activities, and office events.

  11. Monitor office inventory and company assets, ensuring proper tracking and accountability.

  12. Develop and improve administrative processes that enhance operational efficiency and employee productivity.



Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS


  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.

  2. Must be a Georgian citizen or legally authorized to work and reside in Georgia.

  3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in office administration, office management, or administrative leadership.

  4. Previous experience in a startup, BPO, or call center environment is an advantage.

  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Georgian and English.

  6. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

  8. Experience using HRIS, payroll, or office management software is preferred.

  9. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and confidentiality.

  10. Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.



Benefits

WORK CONDITION

  1. Location: Tbilisi, Georgia.

  2. The Office Manager will work onsite at the company's office in Tbilisi, Georgia.

  3. Working hours are aligned with the Pacific Standard Time (PST) time zone to support the company's U.S.-based operations. Flexibility to work evening or overnight shifts, depending on seasonal time changes and business requirements, is required.

  4. While the standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, occasional weekend or after-hours support may be required to meet operational needs.

  5. Compensation: USD $1,200–$1,500 per month, depending on qualifications, skills, and experience.

  6. Paid annual leave and public holidays in accordance with Georgian labor regulations.
