As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced Office Manager with Business Development experience to lead our administrative operations in Tbilisi, Georgia and support our growing international team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of our Tbilisi office, ensuring efficient workflows, supporting business operations, and maintaining a productive work environment. You will work closely with company leadership to support our U.S.-based call center operations that provide towing and roadside assistance services throughout the United States and select parts of Canada.
In addition to managing the day-to-day office operations, the ideal candidate will have experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, Client Relations, or similar areas and will assist company leadership with initiatives that support business growth, relationship development, and expansion.
This role requires strong organizational, leadership, communication, and business development skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office and ensure smooth business functions.
Manage office facilities, supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to maintain an efficient workplace.
Coordinate employee onboarding, offboarding, attendance records, leave administration, and personnel documentation.
Assist in recruitment activities, interview scheduling, and new employee orientation.
Supervise administrative staff and ensure office policies and procedures are properly implemented.
Coordinate with Finance regarding payroll preparation, expense reports, invoices, and office budgets.
Maintain company records, contracts, permits, licenses, and other confidential documents.
Liaise with external vendors, service providers, government agencies, and building management as required.
Support company leadership with administrative, operational, and project coordination tasks.
Organize company meetings, training sessions, employee engagement activities, and office events.
Monitor office inventory and company assets, ensuring proper tracking and accountability.
Develop and improve administrative processes that enhance operational efficiency and employee productivity.
Support company leadership with business development initiatives and growth strategies.
Research potential business opportunities, clients, partners, vendors, and service providers.
Assist with lead generation, outreach, and relationship-building activities.
Support the development and maintenance of professional relationships with potential clients, business partners, and external stakeholders.
Coordinate meetings, communications, and follow-ups with prospective clients and business partners.
Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, company profiles, and other business development materials.
Conduct basic market research and monitor industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities that may support business expansion.
Identify opportunities to improve services, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to business growth.
Support management in developing and maintaining strategic partnerships.
Collaborate with U.S.-based leadership and operational teams on business development and expansion projects.
Assist with client and partner communications and ensure timely follow-up on business opportunities.
Represent the company professionally when communicating with potential clients, partners, vendors, and other external stakeholders.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
Must be a Georgian citizen or legally authorized to work and reside in Georgia.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in office administration, office management, administrative leadership, business development, sales, account management, client relations, or a related field.
Previous experience in a startup, BPO, call center, service-based business, or international company environment is an advantage.
Previous experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, Client Relations, or a similar role is highly preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Georgian and English.
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication, negotiation, networking, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities and build strong professional relationships.
Commercial awareness and an understanding of how administrative and operational functions can support business growth.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Experience using HRIS, payroll, CRM, business development, or office management software is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and confidentiality.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
Ability to work effectively with U.S.-based leadership, clients, vendors, and international teams.
Strong professional presence and the ability to represent the company positively in external communications.
Experience working with U.S.-based clients or international businesses is a strong advantage.

WORK CONDITION
Location: Tbilisi, Georgia.
The Office Manager will work onsite at the company's office in Tbilisi, Georgia.
Working hours are aligned with the Pacific Standard Time (PST) time zone to support the company's U.S.-based operations. Flexibility to work evening or overnight shifts, depending on seasonal time changes and business requirements, is required.
While the standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, occasional weekend or after-hours support may be required to meet operational needs.
Compensation: USD $1,200–$1,500 per month, depending on qualifications, skills, and experience.
