We are seeking a Data Processing Associate (DPA) to support operational data handling, documentation, and accuracy checks across customer service and dispatch workflows. The role ensures that all records, updates, and system entries are correctly processed, verified, and aligned with company standards. This position plays a key role in maintaining data integrity and supporting smooth operational performance.
Process, review, and update operational data related to customer service and dispatch activities.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all system entries and records.
Validate information from calls, chats, and internal tools for correctness and compliance.
Identify and correct data inconsistencies or errors in coordination with relevant teams.
Maintain daily and weekly reports related to processed data and updates.
Support team leads and operations in maintaining clean and organized datasets.
Assist in improving data processing workflows and documentation as needed.
Ensure adherence to company procedures, data standards, and confidentiality requirements.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Senior High School graduate or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical thinking skills.
Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and Google Workspace.
Willing to learn data processing tools, workflows, and operational systems.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Previous experience in data entry, administration, QA, customer service, or dispatch is a plus but not required.
Experience in towing, roadside assistance, logistics, or related industries is an advantage.
WORK CONDITION
Full-time, 8-hour shift, 5 days per week.
Compensation is $ 2. 80 USD/hr. (weekly payment) with $64.00 USD/month (Attendance Bonus).
Must be available to work during Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours.
Morning Shift: 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM PST (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Tbilisi Time).
Work on weekends and holidays as needed.
On-site position at 5 Abuseridze Tbeli St., Tbilisi, Georgia.
