Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and support reception tasks.
- Handle incoming deliveries, mail, and packages with guidance of the team.
- Prepare meeting rooms and keep shared areas tidy and ready to use.
- Help monitor office supplies, snacks, and stock levels, and help place orders when needed.
- Support basic purchases and order follow-ups, with guidance from senior team members.
- Work with the team to coordinate maintenance requests and vendor follow-ups.
- Take part in organising internal events and team activities as part of a collaborative team effort
- Support basic health & safety compliance tasks.
- Respond to employees with office-related questions and requests.
- Provide general administrative support to the Studio Operations team, gaining personal experience in office operations.
Requirements
- Currently studying or recently graduated in a related field is a plus, but not required.
- Well organised, reliable, and eager to learn how to follow up on tasks
- Friendly, helpful, and service-minded.
- Comfortable communicating with different people in the studio.
- Willing to work with checklists, trackers, and basic processes.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace tools.
- Fluent English and Spanish
