Nuuly is seeking a Senior Digital Project Manager. At Nuuly, we're constantly evolving the digital experience for our subscribers, and that work touches nearly every team in the organization. We're looking for a digitally savvy project manager to bring structure to this effort: leading strategic optimization initiatives and high-impact CRM communications, and keeping cross-functional work moving on schedule.
You'll help build the strategic framework that guides this work, then run the projects that come out of our ongoing analytics and strategy efforts. This is a judgment-driven role at the intersection of UX, technology, and business strategy. It requires fluency in UX practice, working knowledge of web and app development, and the ability to keep stakeholders across Marketing, Merchandising, and Product/Dev aligned and moving on a shared plan.
Role Responsibilities- Lead project management for the ongoing digital experience optimization work: identify action items, guide project execution across teams, and assign and manage tasks to keep initiatives on track.
- Support the quarterly roadmap development process: partner to present the roadmap to Team Leads and Key Stakeholders, collect their guiding philosophy and feedback, and keep them informed of progress against key metrics throughout the quarter.
- Translate the quarterly roadmap into a sequenced, executable project plan across research, journey mapping, optimization, test launches, and refresh cadences.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across Growth Marketing, CRM, Merchandising, Customer Success, Creative, Strategy, and Product/Dev, making sure the right people are engaged at the right time.
- Facilitate the routing of net-new feature or capability needs that surface from optimization work to the Product team.
- Track and report on project progress against key metrics for each project, flagging risks and blockers early.
- Work closely with CRM on projects that support high impact communication and testing initiatives, helping to prioritize, plan, and execute these with cross-functional partners.
- Develop and maintain process documentation that makes this new function scalable and repeatable as the team and its book of work grow.
- Build strong working relationships across UX, Analytics, Product/Tech, Marketing, and Merchandising to keep execution moving without owning the prioritization call.
- 6+ years of experience in digital project management, UX operations, digital product management, or a closely related field.
- Strong working knowledge of UX practice and process — you understand how to scope, execute, and validate work, and can speak credibly to UX priorities and tradeoffs.
- Comfortable with A/B testing and experimentation basics. Experience working with data-driven teams, and knowing when to seek input from analytics team for potential testing roadmap conflicts.
- Working proficiency with web and app development processes to effectively partner with tech partners as needed.
- Experience running project execution across multiple stakeholder groups with competing timelines, without being the one who sets those priorities.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills; comfortable being the connective tissue between teams that don't report to you.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate between business, design, and technical audiences, and to report clearly on progress against metrics.
- Experience in ecommerce, retail, or subscription businesses is a plus.
