工作职责
• 制定 EVT、DVT、PVT 和量产爬坡的采购及物料计划。
• 管理 BOM 报价、成本目标、长交期物料、替代料和采购风险。
• 跟进模具、样品、试产、工程变更和量产问题闭环。
• 与工程和供应商审查 DFM、质量标准、测试要求与交期。
• 建立 NPI 看板，清楚呈现成本、进度、缺料和关键风险。
任职要求
• 常驻深圳，3 年以上消费电子 NPI、项目采购或供应链项目经验。
• 熟悉 EVT/DVT/PVT、BOM、ECN、模具和试产工作流。
• 能看懂图纸和规格，能在成本、质量与速度之间做判断。
• Excel/Sheets 熟练，中英文沟通清晰，能独立推动多方交付。

We are hiring a Consumer Electronics NPI & Sourcing Manager in Shenzhen to take new devices from engineering prototype through stable mass production.
Responsibilities
• Own sourcing and material readiness across EVT, DVT, PVT, and ramp.
• Manage BOM quotes, cost targets, long-lead parts, alternates, samples, tooling, and change orders.
• Close production issues with engineering, suppliers, and factories; maintain a clear NPI risk dashboard.
• Review DFM, quality standards, test requirements, and lead times.
Requirements
• Based in Shenzhen with 3+ years in consumer-electronics NPI, project sourcing, or supply-chain program management.
• Fluent in EVT/DVT/PVT, BOM, ECN, tooling, and pilot-build workflows.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and the judgment to balance cost, quality, schedule, and risk.
Skills Required
- Based in Shenzhen
- 3+ years in consumer-electronics NPI, project sourcing, or supply-chain program management
- Familiarity with EVT, DVT, PVT, BOM, ECN, tooling, and pilot-build workflows
- Able to read drawings and specifications and balance cost, quality, and schedule
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Fluent Chinese and English communication; able to independently drive cross-functional delivery
