Job Description:-
- At least 2 years of experience in .NET, SQL, and UX technologies
- At least 2 years’ experience in working with Azure environment
- Hands on experience on technical application support using MS technologies.
- Trouble shooting and debugging the issues.
- Getting on sessions with users and walking through steps
- Hands on experience on Monitoring and responding to alerts:
- SQL Server monitoring.
- Web server monitoring.
- Platform monitoring.
- Transaction Monitoring.
- Web Servers monitoring (Azure experience preferred)
- Windows server health monitoring
- Patch Compliance
- Attending to alerts
- Experience on Problem Management.
- Experience on reporting, Analytics, Live Site Focus. Tracking SLAs
- Hands on experience on ticketing system like Service NOW
- Experience in Automation experience and power shell scripting
- Good communication skills
- Basic project management knowledge\experience and trend analysis
Basic Qualifications :-
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience within the Information Technologies.
