Job Title: .Net Developer

Duration: 3 Months
Lcoation: PLANO, TX
Job Description: Key Skills : 
  • University degree. 
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in delivering system solutions, preferably including enterprise systems, as a .NET Architect or similar architectural discipline. 
  • Experience with a wide range of .NET architecture and design, systems integration, workflow, data & information management and reporting. 
  • A strong track record of delivery and supporting successful implementations. 
  • Experience with Financial Services sector 
  • Excellent understanding of .NET architectural concepts, principles and best practices. 
  • Solid analytical and design skills; able to quickly assess the strategic requirements and recommend appropriate solution options. 
  • Excellent understanding of how to apply architecture models, solution patterns and building blocks, the use of current and future state architectures, transitional architectures and how these can be applied to business strategies to meet strategic business objectives. 
  • Good understanding of how to conduct technical solution assessments and RFPs. 
  • Solid understanding of methods and practices of systems integration and data management. 
  • Strong consulting techniques and negotiation and skills. Considered decision making skills. 
  • Appreciation of the challenges and complexity around the delivery of large, strategic, enterprise level solutions, and the importance of adhering to group standards, policies and practices. 
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills. Able to communicate clearly and concisely with business and IT partners at all organizational levels, internally or externally in a diverse organization. 
Responsibilities:
  • Understanding and assessing the needs of the business and recommending the most appropriate solution design through the Clear Choice / Solution Proposal process. 
  • Documenting solutions and architecture models through documents and other artefacts (e.g. Technology Approvals). 
  • Preparing for and presenting to key design boards or authorities, where necessary. 
  • Working with the various business and functional stakeholders to understand their business strategies and requirements and produce corresponding IT roadmaps. 
  • Producing Current State, Future State and Transitional Architecture models. 
  • Ensuring solution designs are strategically aligned to the Group Future State Architecture and Enterprise Function Model. 
  • Guiding and reviewing regional architecture teams and supporting the Enterprise Architect in their oversight of the global and regional architecture. 
  • Actively participating in Group solutions design and review sessions to guide systems teams to ensure adherence to the agreed solution architecture. 
  • Identifying and leveraging appropriate industry and organization defined architecture reference models and solution patterns. 
  • Providing architectural consultancy as required for the delivery of projects to ensure business objectives are achieved and regulatory and operational risk are controlled. 
  • Advancing, and actively promoting, strategic architectures, technologies and products. 
  • Promoting an environment that supports diversity and reflects the organization’s brand. 
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with high levels of confidence and trust. 
  • Self-motivated, proactive, resourceful and enthusiastic. 
Nice to Have:
  • TOGAF or equivalent 
  • Experience with different project lifecycles like AGILE, Rapid Development and Waterfall 
  • Working across time zones
