Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Services will generally be performed 8 hours per day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Mountain Time. Occasional travel and support for special events may be required.
Summary:
The Multimedia Marketing Specialist will support the New Mexico Army National Guard Recruiting and Retention Battalion by developing multimedia content, supporting marketing activities, managing local digital engagement, and assisting with recruiting lead coordination.
Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, OR at least 4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, marketing, photography, or video editing.
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, and Microsoft Office.
- Must be fluent in English and eligible to successfully complete a DoD background check.
Duties:
- Create graphics, flyers, brochures, posters, photography, video, and other multimedia content in accordance with approved branding standards.
- Capture and edit photo and video content at New Mexico Army National Guard recruiting events and activities.
- Support social media and community engagement, including localized content and responses to digital inquiries.
- Monitor recruiting prospects and route leads to the appropriate recruiter or centralized CRM within required timelines.
Skills Required
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in graphic design, communications, journalism, marketing, advertising, or a related field, or at least four years of relevant professional experience
- At least two years of experience in graphic design, marketing, photography, or video editing
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, and Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English
- Eligibility to successfully complete a Department of Defense background check
