We are seeking an experienced MS Project Administrator / Project Scheduler to develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules using Microsoft Project (MS Project). The ideal candidate will support Project Managers by creating accurate, resource-loaded schedules, managing task dependencies, performing critical path analysis, and ensuring projects are delivered on time.
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project (MS Project).
- Create and manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
- Define and maintain task dependencies, predecessors, successors, and scheduling relationships.
- Perform Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis and identify schedule risks.
- Establish project baselines and monitor schedule performance.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and overall progress.
- Perform resource planning, allocation, and resource leveling.
- Analyze schedule variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, engineering teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Prepare project reports, dashboards, Gantt charts, and executive status reports.

- Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices.
- Participate in project review meetings and provide scheduling insights.

- Experience in Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing, IT, EPC, Infrastructure, or similar project-based industries is preferred.
- PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or Microsoft Project Certification is an added advantage.
