MS 365 Specialist

We are looking for a MS 365 Specialist based in Latin America to work on a short-term project for one of our clients, a Software Development company based in Atlanta, Georgia.

Our client is building a secure, bank-grade AI infrastructure and developing cutting-edge applications designed to power the next generation of modern banking and financial services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end migration of the MVS Microsoft 365 tenant with minimal to zero impact on business operations.
• Plan, execute, validate, and troubleshoot all aspects of the Microsoft 365 tenant migration.
• Ensure business continuity by minimizing downtime and preventing service disruptions throughout the migration process.
• Perform post-migration validation to confirm the integrity of users, mailboxes, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, security settings, and other Microsoft 365 workloads.
• Design and deploy a new Microsoft 365 tenant for MVS following migration completion.
• Configure tenant settings, security policies, identity, licensing, and governance according to best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders while independently driving technical decisions and execution.
• Document migration processes, configurations, and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Advanced Level of English.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, demonstrating expert-level knowledge in administration, configuration, and enterprise environments.
• Extensive experience leading and executing Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations in enterprise environments.
• Proven expertise with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 identity, authentication, security, compliance, and licensing.
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex migrations with little or no operational impact.
• Experience designing, configuring, and deploying new Microsoft 365 tenants from the ground up.
• Strong troubleshooting, planning, and risk mitigation skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Highly autonomous, proactive, and capable of owning the migration project from planning through completion.

Bonus Points

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or related fields.
• Microsoft certifications (such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or equivalent).
