We are looking for an experienced Motion Graphic Designer to develop creatives for our marketing campaigns. As a Motion Graphic Designer, you will combine graphic design principles with animation to produce dynamic and engaging visuals. You will be working with a team of 3D and 2D generalists responsible for a range of tasks from ideation and asset creation to simulation, including lighting and rendering. In this role, you will produce videos and other advertising assets for global mobile marketing campaigns, integrating video footage, music, sound effects, and voice-overs. You will also work closely with the user acquisition team to ensure optimal execution and continual improvement of performance marketing campaigns. Responsibilities

• Creating compelling visual designs for marketing campaigns, including images and 2D and 3D animated motion graphics
• Recommending practical and creative solutions to improve the creative design
• Creating content for the App Store, including images, videos, and feature graphics
• Participating in ideation sessions to generate new creative ideas
• Working with the user acquisition team to analyze creative performance
• Identifying marketing trends in the gaming industry and ensuring the use of the best industry tools

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Motion Graphics, Fluid and Rigid Simulations
• Advanced proficiency in any 3D Software (Blender, C4D, Maya, etc). Blender is highly preferred
• Advanced proficiency in motion graphics and video editing software tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Knowledge of design, color, composition, typography, and conceptual ideation
• Strong understanding of marketing design and best practices
• Passion and interest in games
• Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
