This customer-facing role bridges mission operations, systems engineering, cloud architecture, DevSecOps, artificial intelligence and machine learning, and proposal development. The selected candidate will shape solutions for sustaining, modernizing, integrating, transitioning, and retiring mission-critical GEOINT analytic systems while protecting operational continuity. The position will work out of the Titan Solutions Center of Excellence and be aligned to its DoD/Intel Business Sector.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Translate customer needs into executable architectures, concepts of operations, roadmaps, transition approaches, data flows, and technical narratives.
  • Participate in customer meetings, solution workshops, technical exchanges, partner engagements, reviews, demonstrations, and oral-presentation preparation.
  • Design lifecycle approaches for system intake, sustainment, modernization, technology insertion, transition-in, transition-out, and decommissioning.
  • Develop cloud-native and hybrid architectures using Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD, automated testing, containers, APIs, and secure deployment practices.
  • Integrate GEOINT data, AI/ML, computer vision, analytics, and emerging technologies into classified mission environments.
  • Incorporate operations and sustainment, including availability, monitoring, incident response, backup and recovery, patching, and Tier 2/3 support.
  • Support RMF, ATO, ICD 503, Zero Trust, cybersecurity engineering, and applicable NGA security requirements.
  • Contribute to requests for information, white papers, proposals, graphics, staffing models, basis-of-estimate inputs, and technical reviews.
  • Follow Titan Growth and Solutioning processes and meet established milestones and schedules.

You MUST have:

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.

  • Experience in systems engineering, cloud architecture, DevSecOps, systems integration, application modernization, transition planning, and operations and sustainment.
  • Ability to create architecture views, CONOPS, data flows, dependency maps, transition plans, implementation roadmaps, and executive-level briefings.
  • Strong technical writing, facilitation, and communication skills.

It’s GREAT if you also have:

  • Direct experience supporting NGA, GEOINT, intelligence analysis, or mission-application environments.
  • Knowledge of GEOINT data architectures, GIS and OGC standards, imagery processing, structured observations, data catalogs, search, or geospatial pipelines.
  • Experience operationalizing AI/ML or computer-vision capabilities in classified environments.
  • Experience with NGA enterprise integration, classified repositories, Jira-based delivery, Agile Release Trains, or secure software deployment processes.
  • Experience with system transition, legacy retirement, decommissioning, data disposition, knowledge transfer, and operational acceptance.
  • Experience with RMF, ICD 503, ATO activities, continuous monitoring, system security plans, SCIF operations, or classified network access.
