Job DescriptionARHS Group, part of Accenture, is looking for a Mid-Level System Engineer to join our Infrastructure team in Luxembourg.
In this role, you will work across different systems and technologies, combining Level 2/3 technical support with system engineering activities. You will contribute to the maintenance and migration of IT services while working with Windows, Linux and macOS environments, as well as DevOps, Docker and cloud-related technologies.
THE WORK:
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Maintain and support internal IT services and infrastructure.
- Contribute to the migration and evolution of existing services.
- Participate in AWS migration activities.
- Work across Windows, Linux and macOS environments.
- Contribute to activities involving Docker and DevOps environments.
- Support internal users and collaborate with Accenture support teams.
- Investigate technical issues and contribute to their resolution.
- Document technical processes and solutions and contribute to the team’s knowledge base.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and technical teams on infrastructure and migration topics.
Onsite: This role requires an onsite presence in Luxembourg to support team collaboration and technical activities.
Qualifications- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in System Engineering, IT Infrastructure or a similar technical role.
- Experience with Level 2 / Level 3 technical support and troubleshooting.
- Good general knowledge of Windows and Linux environments.
- Knowledge of macOS environments.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Office 365 administration.
- Basic knowledge of Docker and DevOps environments, including GitLab and CI/CD.
- Ability to work across different systems, technologies and infrastructure environments.
- Experience or exposure to infrastructure or service migration projects.
- Professional proficiency in English is mandatory. Conversational French is a strong plus
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- Experience or exposure to AWS and cloud migration projects.
- Previous experience working across different infrastructure technologies and environments.
