Microsoft Access Data Analyst

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Microsoft Access Data Analyst to join our team at OZ Digital LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing data, managing databases, and generating insightful reports using Microsoft Access. You will work closely with various stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights to support decision-making processes within the organization. This remote contract role is open to consultants based in Latin America or Albania.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Access databases and applications to support data management and reporting needs.
• Perform data analysis, data cleansing, and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Create and optimize queries, forms, and reports in Microsoft Access for effective data retrieval and presentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand data needs for various projects.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights from complex data sets and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Document processes, data flows, and user guides to ensure clear communication and knowledge transfer.
• Provide user support and training for team members on Microsoft Access and data-related queries.
• Continuously assess and improve data management processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• 5+ years of experience supporting business teams by querying and updating Microsoft Access databases.
• Skilled in designing and running ad-hoc and structured queries, performing data validations, and managing Access tables.
• Able to translate business requirements into actionable database operations.
• Experience with Excel and other Microsoft productivity tools.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Fluent in English

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or related field is preferred.
