Initially, our services were offered to local system integrators and machine builders; however the North American market demanded a presence in the U.S. In 2006, Level One established an office in metro Detroit. Job DescriptionMechanical and Electrical design for automated equipment, such as electrical panels, PLCs, robots and conveyors. Develop 3D and 2D mechanical modeling and drawings. Develop PLC logic using electrical prints and sequence of operations. Discuss projects with customers, controls and project managers. Paint shop experience using PaintPro simulation software.
QualificationsMust have a B.Sc engineering diploma, preferably in mechatronics, related experience.
Required experience:
• AutoCAD and/or EPlan Electrical and SolidWorks Mechanical (2D and 3D)
• Software and/or hardware design
• ControlLogix and/or Siemens S7 PLCs, Robot programming (Fanuc, Kawsaki, etc.)
• FactoryTalk ME and/or Win CC HMIs, DEVC++, Metlab
• Electrical troubleshooting
