We connect businesses to transport services and independent contract drivers, providing GPS routing, tracking, digital documentation, and payment solutions in one simple application. Our platform empowers companies to streamline operations while drivers gain flexible access to opportunities.

We are looking for a Marketplace Manager to play a pivotal role at the intersection of operations and product. This person will oversee the growth and health of our driver marketplace, ensuring we deliver the best experience for drivers and partners, while collaborating closely with product and engineering to shape platform improvements.

This is a unique opportunity to manage dynamic multi-country markets, drive measurable business impact, and influence the roadmap of a global gig-economy platform.

What You’ll Do
Own marketplace performance across supply and demand, identifying opportunities to improve driver engagement, retention, and efficiency.
Work cross-functionally with product, operations, data, and business development teams to design and execute strategies that scale sustainably.
Collaborate with product management to define requirements and prioritize features that improve marketplace balance, transparency, and user experience.
Launch and optimize new markets, setting up operational frameworks, KPIs, and success metrics.
Monitor performance data to detect trends, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to driver onboarding, trip allocation, pricing, and compliance processes.
Act as a bridge between marketplace realities and product development, ensuring product decisions are informed by operational insights.
Build business cases for new initiatives and drive projects end-to-end, from ideation to execution.
Partner with local teams and leadership across the US, Brazil, Mexico, Canada, and other markets to align strategies and share best practices.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in marketplace operations, product management, consulting, or a similar data-driven role.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to structure problems, interpret data, and translate insights into action.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work across countries and cultures.
Hands-on mentality with resilience, adaptability, and a bias toward execution.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, charts) and comfort with data tools.
Bonus Points If
You have direct experience managing a two-sided marketplace or gig economy platform.
You have technical skills in SQL, Python, or dashboarding tools (e.g. Superset).
You bring product management or product operations experience, especially in defining requirements and working with engineering/design teams.
You have working proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese.

Why Join Draiver
