Accelerated Digital Media is a fast-growing digital marketing agency in Chicago. We have built a business working with some of the country’s fastest-growing digital brands. We are looking to bring on an experienced Sales Executive to accelerate our growth further.
We are looking for a client-facing, Senior SEM Manager to handle full-funnel Search and Shopping strategies for our high potential eCommerce clients while taking a leadership role within our Search team. With the support of your direct manager you will ideate, launch, optimize, and report on all PPC campaigns for a client base of VC-backed and growth-minded companies. This position is both technical and client-facing, so a deep understanding of Google and Microsoft ad platforms, as well as client management/relationship building, is a must.
As a Senior SEM Manager, you will be expected to be capable of supporting, setting an example for, and directly managing other SEM managers. As a Senior, you will be a candidate for an SEM Manager position wherein you have 2-4 direct reports. Meanwhile, as a Senior SEM Manager you will be expected to be capable of managing sophisticated Search and Shopping programs at monthly budgets of >$100K.
Responsibilities
- Analyze campaign performance and generate optimization strategy
- Support junior level SEM managers
- Onboard select new clients to the ADM team
- Partner with a cross-functional team to ensure all client deliverables are succinct
- Proactively conduct competitive research to stay ahead of your client’s competition
- Regularly generate and deliver reports to clients
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of company processes and procedures
- Attend monthly coaching and development sessions with our management team
- Ensure client retention and satisfaction
- Support clients in feed management and optimization using software and other ADM tools
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- The ability to work under tight deadlines
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, chart building
- General knowledge of digital marketing
- The ability to set expectations, communicate expectations effectively to clients, and meet them
- Agency experience with managing monthly budgets >$30,000 per clients
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher required
- 3+ years of Digital Marketing Account Management experience preferred
