Group Product Marketing Manager

As the Group Product Marketing at Moveworks, you will own all aspects of core product marketing. You will hire and scale a team of high-performing product marketers, responsible for delivering the messaging and positioning, go-to-market strategy, collateral, enablement, and product launches that make Moveworks the undisputed leader in our industry.

You’ll be in a high-visibility, high-impact role, collaborating directly with company leadership and cross-functional teams. This role reports to the Head of Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Analyst Relations.

What you’ll do:

  • Create and drive the core product messaging and positioning throughout the organization
  • Drive go-to-market strategy and deliver the positioning, personas, use cases, pricing and packaging, competitive analysis, and sales plays to accelerate revenue growth
  • Hire, coach, develop, and inspire a team of high-performing product marketers
  • Build relationships across the organization and drive alignment on priorities and strategy
  • Lead the creation of sales tools and collateral (e.g., presentations, data sheets, website, papers, demos) that support all stages of our sales process
  • Lead impactful product launches and continuously improve our launch process, ensuring alignment between our product roadmap and sales and marketing initiatives
  • Work closely with our Content and Growth Marketing teams to execute cohesive campaigns across the marketing funnel to drive customer demand
  • Represent the voice of the customer throughout the organization; be an expert on the customer buying decision, competitors, and fast-evolving landscape
  • Deeply understand and be an evangelist for the Moveworks product


What you bring to the table:

  • 8+ years of relevant product marketing experience in high-growth B2B organizations
  • Proven track record building high-performing teams and cross-functional programs in B2B SaaS organizations
  • Strong executive presence and excellent interpersonal skills; ability to influence and build champions with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Master communicator who can distill complex, technical concepts into compelling messaging and collateral
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments; excited about figuring out solutions to complex problems and executing on them
  • Experience launching new products and features to market in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Insatiable curiosity and a passion for understanding customers and new technologies
  • A strong customer focus and insights-driven approach to decision-making and strategy. 
  • Well-rounded business athlete — with a strong mix of strategic thinking, business acumen, storytelling, creativity, and operational discipline.
