Influencer Marketing Director 

Looking for a highly motivated individual to own and grow our influencer marketing initiatives. This person will be responsible for the outreach of current partners and build new relationships with various Influencers and agencies. The ideal candidate will implement creative campaigns that will increase our brand awareness and performance, and provide meticulous support for the Influencers. You’ll already have experience working with influencers and agencies, particularly when it comes to negotiating content plans to strategically drive consideration, engagement, sales, and loyalty. A focus on community and ambassador is critical. You have experience in working effectively with different members of the team and key stakeholders, managing workload and expectations as well as being comfortable developing other team members. 


What you'll do:

  • You will serve as the main point of contact when executing influencer and ambassador campaigns + programs on behalf of Reformation.
  • Interpret brand briefs to ensure that all influencer activations deliver against key objectives
  • Develop and distribute influencer briefs to guide content creation.
  • Own all aspects of influencer contracting for brand campaigns, including talent sourcing, outreach, negotiation and signing of influencers
  • Manage influencer content creation process, ensuring all deliverables are met and that content is approved & posted in an efficient manner
  • Work with internal external agencies to effectively run paid and gifted influencer programming
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support the development of influencer strategies, helping to build campaigns that meet brand objectives
  • Identify key influencer partners for Ref across multiple categories (Denim, Active, Dresses, Shoes ect)
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key contacts within the influencer space
  • Analyze Influencer campaign performance to provide valuable insights to key stakeholders, as well as to maintain internal benchmarks
  • Stay informed of platform updates, specifically across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and Twitter
  • Maintain an understanding of influencer marketing landscape, staying on top of trends and implementing changes as needed


What you'll need:

  • You have 7+ years experience in influencer strategy and execution and truly know the influencer space.
  • You have built an Ambassador program previously
  • Proven ability to develop meaningful influencer relationships that result in authentic campaigns
  • Displays an understanding of and passion for the Reformation brand, our products, customer and sustainable mission.
  • Experience supporting innovative marketing plans with defined objectives on a global scale.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail
  • Experience with paid social media in support of influencer campaigns ( Lumanu experience a plus) 
  • Proven ability to negotiate legal contracts with influencers
  • Experience working with influencer and content management tools
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects at a time against strict deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team
  • Strategic thinker willing to push the envelope and bring fresh, innovative ideas to life.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills; ability to anticipate obstacles and also quickly generate alternate solutions/ideas and change course as needed.
