Employer Branding Manager (Remote)
Freshworks is looking for a Manager, Employer Branding. This is a highly collaborative role requiring positive relationships across HR, Talent Acquisition, DEI, Marketing, and Employee Communications to build strategy, messaging, and content that supports talent acquisition and employer brand goals. This position will lead the effort in implementing our external-facing employer brand, ensuring that the narrative of hiring at Freshworks cultivates a high performing and diverse work environment. Employer Branding
- Own the integrated Employer Brand Marketing roadmap (Marketing, TA, DEIB, Comms, and organizational leadership priorities) and ensure consistent alignment with overall corporate brand
- Partner with global recruiting and TA leads across all businesses to strike a well-balanced global/location strategy that translates talent needs into employer branding initiatives
- Lead the design, implementation, and measurement of Freshworks' global employer branding strategy, including brand quality and consistency measures, hiring and on-boarding best practices, and campaigns that drive awareness of Freshworks as an employer of choice
- Uncover and create personal and inspirational employee stories across regions
- Plan, establish and oversee Freshworks' social media presence and channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter) related to recruitment and employer branding
- Expand Freshworks' online presence on different employment sites (Freshworks' Career Site, Blind, Glassdoor, Indeed, etc.) including ways to increase reviews and draw prospective employees to our company website
Recruitment Marketing
- Understand the talent profiles for the organization and develop a robust recruitment marketing strategy that brings to life Freshworks' EVP in innovative and engaging ways
- Develop and maintain a captivating candidate journey through digital (web, media, social, etc.) and in-person (events) engagement vehicles to deliver fully integrated campaigns
- Manage the candidate experience by continuously evaluating, enhancing, and maximizing the candidate journey from lead to hire
Research & Insights
- Manage audience research, rankings, competitive intelligence, and insights for our global employer brand to inform broader campaign decisions
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of recruitment/talent marketing campaigns on an ongoing basis to ensure maximum ROI and provide feedback of these results to stakeholders
Skills & Experience
- Expertise in developing global branding strategies
- Strong campaign orchestration, message optimization, persona and buying cycle experience
- Expertise in social media management, campaigns, and engagement of audience
- Outstanding communication, project management, and partnership skills
- Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed teams, balancing a large portfolio of projects
- Analytical skills that align with how to think about campaigns and their outcomes
- Solid writing, presentation, and communication skills
- Experience working with with global teams outside the U.S. and strong stakeholder management skills
- Ideally 8+ years of experience in marketing, communications or related/equivalent field required
- Self-motivated, independent thinker who proactively resolves issues
- Naturally a driver and a builder; able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with ATS and talent marketing systems
