Our Marketing team has a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Specialist for Loyalty to join the team Are you detail-oriented and passionate about loyalty programs, with a knack for keeping complex projects on track? At Kogan.com, we're looking for a Marketing Specialist – Loyalty to support the delivery of marketing outcomes across our Kogan First program, spanning operations, reporting, compliance, and project management.

In this role you'll be responsible for:

  • Support the scoping, briefing, delivery, and reporting of Kogan First projects, tests, and initiatives.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of the Giveaways program — planning, briefing, and day-to-day maintenance — continuously refining the process for better outcomes.
  • Run the weekly Giveaways WIP meeting, keeping the agenda sharp and actions clearly documented.
  • Ensure cross-team alignment on giveaways projects, with clear briefs and on-time delivery.
  • Deliver monthly Kogan First reporting and monitor key KPIs such as growth, retention, acquisition, and conversion.
  • Perform QA testing and auditing of new FIRST processes, dashboards, and projects.
  • Work with Engineering on the Kogan First roadmap and with external legal advisors to keep the program within acceptable risk levels.

To be successful in this role, you should be:

  • Degree qualified in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in a marketing, loyalty, or project coordination role, ideally within Retail or eCommerce.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and deadlines.
  • Comfortable working with reporting tools such as dashboards, spreadsheets, and templated SQL reports.
  • Excellent attention to detail, particularly around QA, auditing, and compliance-related tasks.
  • A clear communicator, confident briefing stakeholders and running structured meetings.
  • Highly analytical and ready to delve into data. You'll be working in the detail, using data to drive business decisions and make recommendations on what you find!
  • Tech-savvy and AI-forward. You have an interest in or exposure to utilizing AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, or built-in CRM predictive tools) to help brainstorm copy, streamline workflows, or analyse customer segments faster
  • Able to multitask effectively - we expect you to juggle 50 different tasks at once without dropping the ball (we're not kidding)
  • Inquisitive and ready to be challenged - we're not afraid of putting in hard work to deliver a superior product!
