About Us
Homefix has been remodeling homes since 1991, specializing in windows, doors, roofing, and exterior and interior remodeling. We're expanding into Tidewater and building our team in Norfolk. This role is for someone who wants to create their own opportunities and close them, not hand them off.
The Role
This is a combined marketing and sales position. You'll generate interest in the field, then run the appointment and close the deal yourself and deals your team sets for you. More effort means more appointments, and more appointments means more money.
What You'll Do
Marketing
- Work home shows, community events, and retail locations to meet homeowners
- Canvass neighborhoods and follow up on referrals to build your own pipeline
- Set appointments with interested homeowners
Sales
- Run in-home appointments, both your own and company-provided leads
- Assess each home, present solutions, and design projects that fit the homeowner's goals and budget
- Close the sale, explain financing options, and complete the paperwork
- Track your activity and hit weekly appointment and sales goals
Qualifications
Good fit if…
- Outgoing, competitive personality and comfort starting conversations
- Sales, promotions, retail, or customer-facing experience. In-home sales is a plus.
- Self-motivation. You don't wait for leads to show up.
- Availability for evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a smartphone
- Ability to pass a background check
Location
Norfolk, VA, with events, territories, and appointments throughout Hampton Roads/Tidewater.
