Marketing Research Manager (Cyprus)

We are looking for a Marketing Research Manager to join our team and be the one keeping an eye on the market for us. In this role, you will lead our marketing research efforts, systematically monitoring the competitive landscape and our competitors’ activities - from ad creatives through marketing mixes to performance marketing strategies and best practices. You will act as the go-to expert on market trends in the marketing domain, translating competitive data into actionable recommendations for our performance and design teams to help us continueour efforts to always improve and be better

• Conduct marketing-focused market research to identify emerging market opportunities, industry benchmarks, and strategic threats.

• Audit and breakdown competitor user acquisition tactics, including performance marketing channels, native ad angles, creative trends, landing page funnels and onboarding strategies.

• Partner with different stakeholders to translate competitive findings into hypotheses for tests in the product and creative production.

• Deliver actionable weekly and monthly briefs, highlighting key competitor movements, ad creative trends, and strategic shifts across major platforms.

• Deep familiarity with performance marketing channels (paid social, native networks, display, programmatic) and user acquisition funnels.

• Experience in market research, competitive intelligence, strategy, or performance marketing. iGaming, online casino, sweepstakes, or digital entertainment – an advantage.

• Ability to analyze competitor creative strategy, messaging angles, and promotional mechanics to extract actionable insights – both atrategic and tactical.

• Native-level or near-native English writing and communication skills; Hebrew fluency is a strong advantage.

• Strong self-starter mindset, with the organizational ability to manage research projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
