As our Business Operations Manager, Marketing & Product Development, you will own and operationalize the execution engine across marketing and product initiatives ensuring campaigns, tests, launches, and cross functional efforts are delivered on time, on spec, and aligned to revenue outcomes.

You will support direct response marketing, CRO, product development initiatives, and rebrand execution while acting as a central operator across Marketing, Product, Creative, Tech, and Customer Success.

This is a full time, exempt, individual contributor role reporting directly to the COO, within the Business Enablement Operations function.

The Team (Optional): 

The Business Enablement Operations team is responsible for driving operational clarity, execution, and cross functional alignment across the business.

This role will serve as a critical bridge between Marketing, Product Development, and execution teams ensuring initiatives move from strategy to execution efficiently and effectively.

Who You Are:

  • Execution Discipline. Consistently create and implement processes that deliver on time and can manage multiple moving pieces without dropping details.
  • Systems Thinker. You understand how marketing, tech, and creative workflows connect and proactively manage dependencies.
  • Data Oriented Operator. You do not just manage tasks. You understand how your work impacts performance metrics like conversion rate, AOV, and revenue.
  • Ownership Mentality. You take responsibility for outcomes, not just coordination, and push initiatives forward without constant direction.
  • Rebrand Execution Experience. You have supported or led the operational rollout of a rebrand across marketing, product, and customer touchpoints and understand the complexity of aligning multiple systems and teams.
  • Who you are not: 
    • A purely strategic marketer with limited execution experience
    • A passive project coordinator who waits for direction
    • Someone without exposure to performance or direct response marketing environments
    • Someone uncomfortable operating across product and operations
What You Have:
  • 3 to 6 plus years of experience in Business Operations, Marketing Operations, Marketing Project Management, or Growth CRO Operations
  • Experience working in a DTC, eCommerce, or direct response marketing environmenT
  • Proven experience managing cross functional initiatives across marketing, product, and operations
  • Experience working with tech and development teams including requirements, tickets, QA, and launches
  • Experience with project management tools such as Wrike, Asana, Monday, ClickUp
  • Strong organizational, communication, and execution skills
  • Experience supporting or executing a rebrand initiative across marketing and product environments
  • Nice to Have:
    • Experience with subscription or free trial business models
    • Exposure to CRO testing including landing pages, checkout flows, and offers
    • Familiarity with email and SMS platforms such as Klaviyo or Maropost
    • Experience working in lean, fast paced, or turnaround environments
What You’ll Get To Do:
  • Marketing Execution and Campaign Delivery
    • Own execution of marketing campaigns, launches, and promotional initiatives
    • Build and manage timelines ensuring all deliverables are completed on schedule
    • Coordinate across Marketing, Creative, Tech, and Customer Success teams
  • Product Development and Launch Operations
    • Support operational execution of product development initiatives including new offers, bundles, and funnel updates
    • Coordinate timelines and deliverables across product, marketing, and tech teams
    • Ensure successful launch and rollout of new product initiatives
  • CRO and Funnel Operations
    • Manage and execute a backlog of CRO tests including landing pages, offers, and checkout flows
    • Ensure all tests are properly scoped, quality checked, and launched
    • Support continuous optimization of funnels and customer journeys
  • Rebrand Initiative Execution
    • Support and coordinate the operational rollout of brand and rebrand initiatives across all marketing and product touchpoints
    • Ensure alignment across funnels, creative assets, product messaging, and customer experience
    • Manage timelines, dependencies, and quality control across all components of the rebrand
  • Cross Functional Coordination and Workflow Optimization
    • Act as the central point of coordination between Marketing, Product, and Tech teams
    • Create and improve workflows, SOPs, and execution processes
    • Identify bottlenecks and proactively remove friction from execution

    • Supporting a growing CRO and testing roadmap tied to revenue outcomes
    • Executing and scaling a rebrand across multiple systems and customer touchpoints

    • Operating as a key partner to the COO in driving execution across critical initiatives
