- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via social media and WhatsApp, ensuring a positive brand experience.
- Conduct regular market research by collecting customer feedback and analyzing competitor strategies to inform campaign improvements.
- Partner with the sales team to develop and execute promotional campaigns, referral programs, and seasonal offers.
- Support offline marketing efforts, including product sampling events, trade exhibitions, and distribution of branded merchandise.
- Monitor and report on key marketing performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, reach, conversion), preparing weekly summaries with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure marketing campaigns align with product availability, launch timelines, and inventory updates.
