- Strategically plan, manage and execute large and small scale promotions for HR products, programs and activities to address specific business issues or employee needs and achieve desired results
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to help drive effective implementation and deployment of key benefits initiatives across the company through consultation, communication and creative efforts
- Develop effective ways to increase awareness and understanding of benefits offered, and increase participation in programs
- Assist in the graphic design, writing and editing of materials across various media, including email, online, print mail, digital signage, blogs, brochures, etc., and for a variety of audiences – from senior executives to front-line employees
- Support the VP, HR Communications in managing events such as new program launches, on-site education sessions, webinars, etc.
- Project manage initiatives from end to end
- Bachelors degree in a related field (Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design)
- 3-5 years experience in Corporate Marketing Communications or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective relationship builder; ability to partner cross-functionally and work effectively with various levels of the organization; leadership and team player skills are all essential
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to handle a heavy workload and manage multiple events simultaneously
- Detail-oriented, with outstanding organizational and project management skills
- Proficient in design software, such as the Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, or Photoshop is a plus
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other Microsoft programs.
