This role will focus on executing impactful campaigns across online and offline channels. Job Description
Campaign Execution & Business Impact
- Localize and execute the annual marketing strategy for Korea, ensuring seamless alignment with regional and global business objectives
- Manage campaign-level budgets and track ROI, maximizing the efficiency of marketing investments to balance brand equity with commercial targets
- Monitor core KPIs and prepare regular performance reports, translating market trends and consumer insights into actionable recommendations for the leadership team
Brand & Content Marketing
- Execute the end-to-end planning of integrated 360° campaigns, effectively rolling out global initiatives while adapting market-specific storytelling
- Manage and scale high-impact influencer/KOL strategies, cultivating robust relationships with creators, media, and strategic partners
- Drive the social media strategy and community management to foster brand advocacy, engagement, and culturally relevant positioning
Growth & Retail Marketing
- Implement full-funnel customer acquisition and retention tactics, driving performance marketing, CRM, and digital media channels
- Partner closely with Retail Operations to execute experiential marketing, store openings, and VIP activations that consistently drive foot traffic and offline sales
- Collaborate with E-commerce and Merchandising teams to guarantee a cohesive, omnichannel customer journey from online discovery to offline purchase
Team Collaboration & Global Synergy
- Guide and mentor team members, establishing clear performance expectations and fostering an agile, collaborative culture
- Act as a key marketing point of contact for the Korean market, communicating campaign plans and performance results to regional HQ in English
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across local and global teams to ensure smooth daily operations and unified business outcomes
Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 9–12 years of progressive marketing experience within the retail, fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or e-commerce industries
- Proven track record in executing integrated marketing campaigns covering brand, digital, influencer, and retail marketing
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of the Korean consumer landscape and retail/e-commerce drivers
- Experience in guiding team members and strong cross-functional team collaboration skills
- Native Korean speaker with strong business English proficiency for regional and global communications
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and experience with analytics/reporting tools
- Proactive, highly execution-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
