The Marketing Director is responsible for leading a high-performing marketing team and developing strategic omnichannel campaigns to drive audience growth and engagement across MJH Life Sciences’ portfolio. This individual will collaborate with editorial, sales, and content teams to define goals, leverage data insights, and execute innovative marketing strategies that strengthen the brand and maximize audience impact.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing managers and coordinators, fostering professional growth and collaboration.

  • Develop and manage comprehensive audience development strategies and budgets aligned with organizational objectives.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to set annual audience development goals based on TAM/SOM analysis.

  • Design and execute omnichannel campaigns, leveraging digital, social, email, paid media, PR, and event channels.

  • Create and oversee compelling content and promotional materials to drive engagement and strengthen brand storytelling.

  • Integrate data-driven insights, competitive analysis, and innovative tactics to optimize campaign performance.

  • Transform email marketing into a highly engaging channel through journey mapping, automated flows, and segmentation strategies.

  • Define KPIs and monitor campaign outcomes, providing actionable insights to refine future strategies.

  • Implement project management and process optimization methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Six Sigma) to improve team efficiency and goal attainment.

  • Partner with analytics teams to measure audience growth, engagement, and campaign ROI.

What Sets You Apart
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 5–10 direct reports.

  • Proven expertise in digital marketing, social media, content management, and marketing automation.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging data to inform strategy and decision-making.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

  • Proficiency with MS Office, CRM platforms, analytics tools, CMS, and marketing automation software.

  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.

  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and design software (Adobe Creative Suite) a plus.

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Data Studio, etc.) preferred.

  • Proficiency in AI-powered tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, Copilot); ability to leverage AI to enhance content creation, campaign optimization, and workflow efficiency.

Compensation Range:
$100,000 – $125,000 per year, depending on qualifications. Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for this position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.
