For This Role
We seek an experienced and proactive Marketing Designer for Media & Communications to join the MacPaw team.
As a valuable part of the Brand SMM team, you'll be responsible for updating and keeping our cohesive visual style across all the brand's platforms to help increase brand awareness of MacPaw, and initiate and implement ambitious graphics solutions for Media & Communications.
Our perfect candidate is a strong team player willing to use all your expertise and loves to create visually appealing designs for digital marketing activities. You will work with 4 SMMs, a community manager, a copywriter, PPC, and make visuals for our Social Media Marketing.

In this role, you will:

• Create engaging and compelling visuals for various social media platforms, tailored to each platform's specifications and audience preferences (e.g. still image posts, animated images, targeted advertising creatives, design elements for Reels and other short-format video content)
• Support the social media team in creative concept and idea development from the visual standpoint
• Develop visual concepts and elements to convey key messages and implement CTAs in social media content
• Responsible for the quality of implementation of design solutions through cooperation with the marketing team. Monitor the compliance of the final result with the design concept
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively and delivering high-quality work consistently

Skills you'll need to bring:

• Experience in marketing design 3+ years
• Portfolio of your past works
• Experience in designing posts for social media networks
• Passionate about social media trends, skilled in creating eye-catching images that will stand out in the feed
• Diverse experience with Figma, Procreate, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, etc.
• Ability to create GIFs, animations
• Ability to switch between projects and work according to priorities and tight deadlines
• Being ready to lead a project from the first ink drop to the last pixel
• At least an upper-intermediate level of English & fluent Ukrainian

As a plus:

• Experience in a creative/advertising agency or a marketing department
• Experience with AI generation tools: Midjorney, Leonardo, etc.
• Basic level of video editing (for reels)
