Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and coordination of marketing initiatives across the organization. This role will work closely with internal teams to help maintain brand consistency, coordinate campaigns, prepare marketing materials, track performance, and support projects that strengthen Skillbridge Academy's visibility and reach.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, creative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support marketing campaigns, projects, and promotional initiatives.

  • Assist with the development and preparation of marketing materials and branded content.

  • Maintain consistent messaging and branding across company communications.

  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and marketing-related activities.

  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Track campaign activity and organize marketing performance data.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to support company initiatives and business objectives.

  • Assist with presentations, promotional materials, reports, and other marketing resources.

  • Maintain organized marketing files, documentation, and campaign assets.

  • Help identify new opportunities to improve brand awareness and audience engagement.

  • Support additional marketing and business development projects as needed.
