Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator will support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives across the organization. This role works closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns, promotional materials, projects, and marketing activities are organized, delivered on schedule, and aligned with company goals.

The ideal candidate is organized, creative, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.

  • Assist with the development of marketing materials, presentations, and branded content.

  • Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and campaign schedules.

  • Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and business partners as needed.

  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Support the preparation and organization of marketing reports and performance information.

  • Ensure marketing materials remain consistent with company branding and messaging.

  • Assist with planning company promotions, events, and customer engagement initiatives.

  • Track ongoing projects and help ensure deadlines and deliverables are completed.

  • Maintain organized records of marketing assets, campaigns, and related documentation.

  • Collaborate with team members to develop new marketing ideas and improve existing initiatives.

  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the marketing department.
