- AI-Powered Content Operations: Leverage AI tools (ex. Claude Code, Cursor, custom skills/agents) to scale content creation—blog posts, landing pages, email sequences, and social content that drives traffic and awareness
- Multi-Agent Workflow Design: Build and optimize AI agent workflows, skills.md files, to automate repetitive marketing tasks, research competitive landscapes, and generate campaign assets at scale
- Demand Generation: Execute campaigns that drive qualified traffic to TelemetryOS digital properties—website, blog, resource library, and product pages
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Support targeted outreach programs for key accounts, including personalized content, tailored messaging, and engagement tracking
- Answer Engine Optimization (AEO): Optimize content for AI-powered search experiences (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) to ensure TelemetryOS surfaces in AI-generated answers
- SEO Best Practices: Apply foundational SEO principles to all content—keyword research, on-page optimization, and structured data—while focusing on AEO for emerging search patterns
- Analytics & Attribution: Track campaign performance, measure traffic and engagement KPIs, and use data to continuously improve AI-assisted marketing outputs
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Comfortable using AI tools in daily workflows—ChatGPT, Claude, or similar LLMs for content creation and research
- Strong written communication skills—you can write clear, compelling copy (and know how to prompt AI to do the same)
- Curiosity about emerging marketing technologies and willingness to experiment
- Data-literate: comfortable interpreting analytics and making decisions based on metrics
- Self-directed learner who can pick up new tools quickly
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Experience with AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf) for building automations or workflows
- Familiarity with prompt engineering principles—crafting effective prompts for consistent, high-quality outputs
- Experience building or using AI agents/multi-agent workflows for content, research, or automation
- Understanding of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)—how to optimize content for AI-powered search (Perplexity, ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews)
- Exposure to ABM platforms or tactics (6sense, Demandbase, or manual ABM approaches)
- Experience with marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, Apollo)
- Basic understanding of HTML/Markdown for content formatting
- Background in B2B or SaaS marketing
- Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 CAD annually, based on experience
