Job Description
Messa Sync is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing campaigns, coordinating projects, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional strategies
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support campaign initiatives
Prepare presentations, marketing reports, and meeting materials
Maintain organized records of marketing activities and assets
Conduct market research and compile competitor analysis
Support in organizing events, trade shows, and promotional activities
Ensure brand consistency across all materials and communications
Monitor marketing budgets and track campaign performance metrics
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
1-2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
