What the role is

The Operations team is growing, and we’re looking for energetic, reliable candidates to serve as boots on the ground at our partnered venues in Washington D.C. As a Market Representative, you will represent the LineLeap brand on Friday and Saturday nights, working directly at our partner venues to engage with customers, promote LineLeap, and ensure a positive, professional brand presence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced nightlife environments and enjoys interacting with people.

This is a part-time position (approximately 12 hours per week) and reports to the Operations Manager. This position will require weekend and late evening work (some additional hours may be required/offered). Some holiday work will also be required. Working hours are generally 9pm-1am, Friday and Saturday as well as occasional weeknights. Compensation for this role is $25/hour.


In this role you will...

  • Be the boots on the ground for LineLeap in Washington D.C. on busy weekend nights
  • Engage with prospective and existing customers in a professional and friendly manner to promote LineLeap and sell LineSkips and other products
  • Become a product expert to educate bars on best practices for using the LineLeap platforms
  • Quickly observe and report any issues or trends through feedback loops with LineLeap team to ensure operational, technical and personnel issues are addressed
  • Change course as priorities shift in real time with new inbound issues arriving


Compensation

  • $25/hour
