The Repair Center plays a critical role in ensuring the effective maintenance, refurbishment, and management of defective equipment. The team is responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and validating components to ensure compliance with quality standards before deployment.

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting RF testing activities for 4G and 5G technologies. You will collaborate with local and global stakeholders to improve testing efficiency, quality, and reliability, while contributing to troubleshooting, calibration, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and optimize tester productivity, yield, and false call rates to meet defined KPIs.
  •  Support maintenance and troubleshooting of RF testers and test instruments for 4G/5G technologies.
  •  Manage tester changeovers, including IC programming and unit test updates, to meet customer requirements.
  • Support spare parts management and resolve critical shortages to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Participate in NPI and mass production tester installations in line with defined test plans.
  • Perform troubleshooting, calibration, and performance optimization of RF testers.
  • Collaborate with local and global teams to resolve tester installation and production issues.
  • Mentor and guide shift engineers while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and present reports on tester performance, KPI trends, and improvement activities.
     
Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in the Electronics Manufacturing industry, preferably in RF testing environments.
  • Hands-on experience supporting global teams with tester installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and breakdown resolution.
  • Strong expertise in RF tester troubleshooting, Test & Measurement equipment, RF filters, and TRX PCBA, with exposure to 4G/5G technologies.

Nice-To-Have:

  • Familiarity with test instrument calibration management, and experience preparing executive summaries and MIS reports.
  • Knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies, with strong communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and team development skills.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's or diploma degree in Electronics or Telecommunications
  • 10+ years of experience in the manufacturing and electronics industry
  • Hands-on experience supporting global teams with tester installations and breakdown issues
  • Familiarity with test and measurement equipment
  • Expertise troubleshooting tester issues, particularly RF filters and TRX PCBA
  • Experience with test instrument calibration management
  • Experience preparing executive summaries and MIS reports
