Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage Lean Six Sigma projects from initiation to completion, ensuring project goals are achieved within established timelines and budgets.
2. Identify opportunities for process improvement and waste reduction through data analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder collaboration.
3. Facilitate cross-functional teams to implement Lean Six Sigma initiatives and drive sustainable change across the organization.
4. Train and mentor Green Belts and other team members on Lean Six Sigma principles, tools, and techniques.
5. Analyse performance metrics and KPIs to track project progress and measure the impact of process improvements.
6. Conduct root cause analysis to identify the underlying causes of process inefficiencies and defects.
7. Develop and implement standardized work procedures, control plans, and mistake-proofing solutions to sustain process improvements.
8. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prioritize improvement opportunities and align projects with strategic objectives.
9. Communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
10. Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies related to Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification required.
3. Minimum [5] years of experience leading Lean Six Sigma projects in a manufacturing, services, or Agri-business environment.
4. Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, including DMAIC, DFSS, and Kaizen events.
5. Strong analytical skills with expertise in statistical analysis tools such as Minitab or JMP.
6. Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
8. Demonstrated leadership ability, including experience leading cross-functional teams and driving change initiatives.
9. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on driving sustainable solutions and continuous improvement.
10. Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and other relevant industry standards is a plus.
