The hunt is for a Strong Content Manager and team player with the ability to manage effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders (customers & team members alike). Incumbent will demonstrate personal commitment and accountability to ensure standards are continuously sustained and improved both within the internal teams, and with partner organizations and suppliers.

HPS Wellness has conceptualized HPS (Health Positioning System) as a navigation system for heath. HPS is a knowledge based system that can successfully navigate a normal human being from illness to wellness and further towards excellence in health at every stage of life.

HPS wellness captures and defines individuals position on health map and his/her predilections for diseases. It shows the influencing factors that may put them on default path of health destiny. HPS Wellness is a business organisation that also meets larger social objectives. It has a potential to penetrate the global population as well. HPS Wellness will focus on global market and likely to become a de-facto platform for all wellness related activities. HPS, like GPS, would be the most acceptable term and system that will be used across the globe. HPS Wellness, on health front, would be equivalent to a blend of Google maps (as a GPS tool) and Gartner (as research business organization).

HPS is on a mission to improve the engagement of its users on the App by sending out frequent curated content. This content can be tip of the day, short/long blogs, creatives, short videos. The Content Manager will be required to coordinate with Subject Matter Experts, Founders and Product Manager to understand the logic and need for the content.

Then the Content Manager is expected to identify the persona of the users, their inclinations and design themes for the content. The Content Manager will be required to categorize the data and along with Product Manager, will prepare a schedule of delivery of this data to the end user.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Responsible for creating, improving and maintaining content to achieve our business goals. Your duties will also include sharing content to raise brand awareness and monitoring web traffic, App usage and other metrics to identify best practices.
  • Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with demonstrable creative writing skills. As a Content manager, you should perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented. If you are also an expert in content optimization and brand consistency, we would like to meet you. Ultimately, you should be able to oversee all marketing content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience.
  • Develop content strategy for App and social media aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
  • Collaborate with marketing and product team to plan and develop App content
  • Create and publish engaging content
  • Edit, proofread and improve writers’ posts
  • Liaise with content writers to ensure brand consistency
  • Optimize content according to ASO & SEO
  • Use content management systems to analyse website traffic, App usage and user engagement metrics
  • Develop a content database and prepare an editorial calendar and ensure content team is on board
  • Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection)
  • Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention·        

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

·         4-8+ years of proven work experience in content creation and content management

·         Experience with some marketing agency is preferred

·         Hands on experience with MS Office and WordPress

·         Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing

·         Strong Google Analytics, WordPress and Adobe Acrobat/Illustrator skills

·         Knowledge of ASO, SEO and web traffic metrics

·         Familiarity with social media

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi

·         Experience on video content creation platforms like biteable is preferred

·         Attention to detail

·         Good organizational and time-management skills

Qualifications

Qualifications 
Minimum 4 to 8+ Years of relavent experience.
Education: Any Batchlors, MBA Marketing is preferred.
