In line with our business expansion, we would like to invite qualified and candidates to fill the following position at FGV Plantations (Malaysia) Sdn BhdJob Description
1. Develop and implement the Group-wide Continuous Improvement roadmap aligned
with FGV’s strategic objectives.
2. Lead cross-functional Lean Six Sigma initiatives to deliver cost reduction, waste
elimination, productivity improvement, and quality enhancement.
3. Conduct process assessments, value stream mapping, and root-cause analysis to
identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
4. Establish CI governance structures, including project pipeline prioritization, tracking
mechanisms, performance dashboards, and sustainability controls.
5. Drive digitalization and automation initiatives that enhance process efficiency and
decision-making.
6. Provide technical expertise and mentorship to project teams, including coaching on
problem-solving tools, statistical analysis, and structured methodologies.
7. Standardize processes, SOPs, and workflow improvements across upstream,
midstream, and downstream operations.
8. Deliver continuous improvement capability building programmes (Lean, Kaizen,
Green Belt training).
9. Support senior management with analytical insights, scenario modelling, cost-benefit
analysis, and data-driven recommendations.
10. Ensure sustainability of improvements through monitoring systems, audits, and
performance reviews.
Skills Required
- Experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Proven track record in Lean Six Sigma initiatives
