Management Trainee Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with a variety of customers, providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships. 

• Learn and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to acquire new customers for our clients.

• Progress from entry-level duties to team leadership and, ultimately, management

• Gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing while undergoing cross-training in leadership positions. 

• Participate in hiring, train new associates and handle back-office duties

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or marketing is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
