Job Description

The Business Transactions Practice Group is seeking to hire an experienced corporate associate to join their Boston, MA office. The firm's 250 Corporate Lawyer work collectively across multiple disciplines and geographies to help clients tackle complex transactions. Qualifications

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of general corporate law and will be expected to work on matters in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and private and public company work. Qualified candidates should be at the third to fifth year level, have excellent academic credentials, superb communication and writing skills, be self-starters with a commitment to excellence and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
