WHO YOU ARE...

The LOS Administrator is an integral part of the MaaS team and will work closely with internal stakeholders in the implementation and administration of our MeridianLink LOS and integration partners. They will be responsible for the maintenance and efficient operation of the loan origination and disclosure/document package software (MeridianLink and DocuTech), by providing support to staff, identifying and solving problems submitted via our Fresh Desk production support. Critical thinking skills are necessary in creating and customizing new enhancements, working with the integration of Maxwell's world class POS system as well as Price My Loan pricing engine supporting TPO, Capital Markets and Private Label clients are an integral part of the administrators position.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING…

  • Requirements – Interact with different stakeholders and systems involved in the origination process to collect and document requirements based on business needs and goals
  • Implement – Create new products and/or services within the system that are specific to our internal and private label clients.
  • Testing and QA – Perform testing activities based on system changes and help with UAT (user acceptance testing)
  • Maintenance – Configure changes based on evolving needs and goals, review technology updates (new functionality), and assist with determining whether or not these updates should be enabled.
  • Training- Create resources for training and reference by internal and external users. Support training to clients during implementation.
  • Day-to-day changes – Examples include:
    • Creating and disabling new users
    • Triaging Help Desk Support Tickets
    • Updating rates in pricing engine
       

IDEALLY, YOU’LL HAVE...

  • A minimum of 5 years of technical and administrative MeridianLink/Lending QB (Preferred), Encompass or other Mortgage LOS experience.
  • Mortgage experience of 5 years including Secondary Market and Portfolio loan programs.
  • Mortgage Disclosure and Closing Document generation and maintenance working closely with our document vendor, DocuTech.
  • Mortgage compliance knowledge is preferred to assist in analyzing system settings.
  • Ability to work independently, to set and meet deadlines, and consistently deliver a superior work product.
  • Ability to multitask in a constantly changing and fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to work as a team player by supporting Company and staff as needed.
  • Be highly organized while maintaining a strong attention to detail
  • Be proactive, prompt, and precise

Compensation Range: $90,000-100,000
